Description des services:

Multi-agency team that provides access to mental health services including information and referral, mental health counselling, intensive case management, housing and outreach support, group services, social recreational activities and leisure access support services
Outreach Community Support - Support program for adults with serious mental illness living in the community. Supports people with:
- Housing options available
- Daily living skill development
- Supportive counselling
- Linking with other formal and informal supports
- Advocacy social/recreational enrichment
