Employment Services
- Staff work with Shoreline Employment Services and Career Horizons to provide employment opportunities to persons on disability pension

Identification Clinic - Help for people in Grey and Bruce counties to replace or obtain necessary forms of identification
 
CHOICES Drug and Alcohol Counselling for Youth - Counselling support for youth who are concerned about their own or someone else’s substance use * counsellors work directly with youth and their families at various high schools and office settings throughout Grey Bruce
 
F.A.N. (Friends and Neighbours) Club - A children’s mental health awareness program using child-sized hand and rod puppets to discuss social issues affecting them
 
Family Support Initiative - Family Support Workers with lived experience supporting a family member or loved one with a mental illness can assist with system navigation, boundary setting, instilling hope, self-care, advocacy, resource connections, general listening, and skill development * groups offer opportunities to meet people with similar challenges
 
G and B House - 15-bed residential supportive treatment and housing service for men with severe and often long-term addiction issues that have not been met by non-abstinent community treatment approaches

Housing and Support Services - Owen Sound - A recovery-oriented service that provides affordable housing with a wide range of person-centered support services for adults living with serious mental illness and/or substance use involvement
 
Housing and Support Services - Wiarton - Community mental health program providing housing programs, outreach support for everyday living, skills building and recreation programs along with advocacy services for adults with a serious mental illness
 
Let's Talk - Educational program for youth in grades 7 to 12 designed to reach out and help youth develop and maintain good mental health, while decreasing the stigma surrounding mental illness and its treatment
 
Men's Program - Variety of services such as ending gender-based violence, a positive parenting program for men with kids in their lives, and for male survivors of sexual abuse to overcome the effects of childhood sexual abuse
 
Mental Health Court Support Services - Mental Health & Addictions Court Support provides guidance and support to individuals living with mental health and/or addiction who are navigating the criminal justice system.
 
Mental Health Services - Provides services to enhance mental health and addictions knowledge and resources in Grey-Bruce
 
New Directions for Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Problems - Community-based addiction services for adults with substance use and/or gambling problems and those who are affected by someone else's substance use and/or gambling problems
 
Peer Support Services - Education, peer support, consultation and community development services to foster self-help, networking and leadership development among consumer/survivors with serious mental illness and/or addictions
 
Primary Care Telemedicine Program - Primary care services to people who either lack primary care or require more comprehensive primary care than they are currently able to receive from their family physician or nurse practitioner * available to people with a serious mental illness or addiction issue for which they are receiving local mental health or addiction services
