Description des services: Community-based addiction services for adults with substance use and/or gambling problems and those who are affected by someone else's substance use and/or gambling problems

Specialized services for concurrent disorders, pregnant and parenting mothers, clients on methadone and those in need of addiction court support

Outreach services in Durham, Hanover, Kincardine, Markdale, Meaford, Southampton, Walkerton and Wiarton
 
Concurrent Disorders Treatment Services - Community support to adults who have co-occurring diagnoses of serious mental illness (schizophrenia or other psychotic disorder, bipolar disorder, or major depression with psychotic features) and substance use disorders
  • one-one counselling (in-person, virtual or phone appointments)
  • trauma informed assessment, treatment planning, and counselling
  • education and clinical consultation
  • connection and collaboration with other support services as needed
  • case management, advocacy, case conferencing and referral
  • group therapy
 
Mental Health and Addictions Court Support - Provides guidance and support for people living with mental health or addiction issues and are navigating the criminal justice system
  • court navigation and support
  • one-on-one counselling
 
Pregnant and Parenting Program - Supports for people who are pregnant or parenting children ages 6 and under, who are impacted by their own or someone else's substance use
  • trauma-informed assessment, and treatment planning
  • one-on-one counselling (in-person, virtual or phone appointments)
  • groups are run intermittently in collaboration with community partners
  • advocacy, support, case conferencing and referrals
  • harm reduction and relapse prevention planning
 
Problem Gambling Treatment - Supports adults concerned with their own or someone else’s gambling
