187-unit retirement home * private studios and 1 and 2 bedroom suites * private bathrooms * kitchenettes in studio and 1 bedroom suites, full kitchen and laundry in 2 bedroom suites * provides short stay (i.e. temporary, vacation, convalescent, respite care) when space permits
Basic services include 24-hour on-call staff; personal care; medication administration; emergency response system; wandering call system, meals; housekeeping; linens/bed changes; laundry; social/recreation programs, physiotherapy, concierge service to take residents to appointments, 9am-5pm (may vary according to need) * additional service packages can include nursing care and added personal care (extra charge), one shower weekly, extra housekeeping, extra linens/bed changes and laundry, foot care, hair care, laboratory services available for a fee * facilities include pool, exercise room, Internet café, greenhouse, theatre, games room, putting green, bowling, chapel, 20 passenger bus for day trips and outings, private family dining room and demonstration kitchen
