agency * Personal Support Manager available to complete free in-home assessment
to establish care plan that meets patients’ needs to remain independent in own
home
- bathing/assistance with personal care
- dressing assistance
- mobility assistance
- meal preparation assistance
Nursing services are available at various clinic locations
Please call our office for clinic information. Clinic nursing services provided
include:
- wound care
- IV therapy
- catheter care
- drain/suture/staple care
- health teaching regarding diagnosis/disease
self-management/medication management
Nursing
care in-home where patients meet the exclusion criteria to attend clinic
TB testing available at our Owen Sound and Walkerton clinic location.
