Description des services: Provides community support for individuals who experience a co-occurring mental health and substance use issue * works in partnership with the Oxford Addiction Treatment Strategy and is focused on strengthening community supports

Services include:
  • Comprehensive psychiatric assessment
  • Focused individual counselling
  • Case management
  • Pharmacotherapy
  • Treatment planning and group preparation
  • Group programming
  • Referral to medical and non-medical services
  • Family support and consultation

Concurrent Disorders Skills and Support Group - for individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use issues * uses combination of stages of change theory, solution focused approach and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy * program includes healthy snack, coffee/beverage
