Hébergement et soins en établissement pour les personnes ayant une maladie mentale - Grey et Bruce

Les personnes qui souffrent d'une maladie mentale grave se voient offrir des services de soutien pour obtenir un logement stable. Les services peuvent comprendre de l'aide pour la transition de l'hôpital à la collectivité, un hébergement à court terme pour les personnes en crise et un hébergement à long terme avec un soutien continu.
