Assessments, interventions and support to students and families with mental health and or addiction issues * consultation to school staff in regards to mental health and/or addiction issues as appropriate
Students considered for this program are affiliated with publicly-funded elementary and secondary schools

Ontario Health at Home Mental Health and Addiction Nurses meet with students, family and/or school staff at the schools or at an alternative site |
