Individual and group therapy sessions promote stabilization and provide necessary ongoing care, treatment and transition to people experiencing moderate to severe mental health issues or concerns * individual therapy sessions are for people of any age * group therapy sessions are for people 18+ * available to individuals that have attended Walk-In Counselling and completed the Brief Therapy Program * available to individuals who are currently being treated by the Outpatient Psychiatry Team
