One-on-one assessment and counselling during part of the day and evening
Services include therapy groups, medication maintenance, and community education
Groups include:- balance coping
- bipolar support group
- clozapine group
- group therapy
- lifestyle strategies group
- Mind Over Mood and Advanced Mind Over Mood
- panic and anxiety group
- introductory and advanced skills training
- Structured Integrative Psychotherapy Learned Easily (SINPLE)
- steps for recovery
- stress and anger group
- Thriving Lives
- Weaving Voices
