A weekly in-peron free prenatal group education and nutrition support program for pregnant individuals and young adults (teens) who have a difficult time accessing healthy food * partners or a support person are also encouraged to attend
Sessions cover topics including:- healthy eating
- meal preparation
- food safety
- healthy lifestyles
- making healthy choices
- pregnancy changes
- fetal development
- healthy relationships
- labour and birth
- postpartum and newborn care
- breastfeeding
Healthy food, food vouchers, bus tickets, and free prenatal vitamins offered at each session
