Ten surgical suites are used to provide day and inpatient surgeries
Day surgery - Surgical services provided on an outpatient basis and not involving an overnight stay * day surgeries offered include dental and oral, ears, nose and throat (ENT), gastroenterology, gynecology, ophthalmology (eye), orthopedic, urology and general surgery * Mon-Fri 6am-8pm
Inpatient surgery - Surgical services provided to patients requiring an overnight stay * inpatient surgeries offered include ears, nose and throat (ENT), gastroenterology, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, urology and general surgery (including pacemakers)
Minor surgery clinic - Outpatient minor surgery is offered through the Ambulatory Care department
Pre-surgical screening - Outpatient assessment and education program for all surgical patients having anesthesia * Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
